I have 20 years experience at the national and European level in pharmacovigilance within regulatory authority and industry. I am currently available for short term, interim or permanent positions in Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland or the UK (and in consultation of course also elsewhere in Europe)
- as Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV),
- as global safety officer,
- as local safety officer,
- as pharmacovigilance physician,
- for writing periodic safety update reports and other aggregate reports,
- for writing and maintaining the Pharmacovigialnce System Master File (PSMF),
- for advise on drug safety issue management,
- for pharmacovigilance audits of smaller pharmaceutical companies or supporting other audit groups,
- and for advise on systems improvements (CAPA advise and management).
Rates depend on duration and location of the activity. As indication assume rates for short term consultancy in the Netherlands of Euro 100/hr, outside of the Netherlands of Euro 125/hr.
I can also provide internal or external 1 to 5-day training courses on European pharmacovigilance for groups starting at as few as 2 people (prices starting at Euro 2000 per day, with possible additional costs for travel and hotel if the site requires costlier travel, and for food and meeting facilities if the training is to be organised off site). Trainng can be tailored to the client’s wishes, and can be expanded to include training on the company SOPs.

- en voor advisering om uw systemen te verbeteren (CAPA advies en management).
Tarieven zijn afhankelijk van de duur en lokatie van de opdracht. Als indicatie ga ik uit voor kortdurende opdrachten binnen Nederland van Euro 100/u, buiten Nederland Euro 125/u.
Ik an ik interne of externe 1 tot 5 daagse training geven over de Europese pharmacovigilante wet- en regelgeving voor groepen vanaf 2 personen (prijzen van af Euro 2,000 per dag, met mogelijk aanvullende kosten voor reis en verblijf als de lokatie meer reiskosten vergt, en voor voeding en vergaderruimte als de training off-site moet worden georganiseerd. Training kan worden aangepast aan de wensen van de klant en kan zelfs worden uitgebreid tot training op de interne SOPs van het bedrijf.
